The Administration & City Council have put forth a proposal to rezone Salem Street to the benefit of developers and development.  The plan as it stands will significantly densify the Glenwood neighborhood and increase the high of area buildings from 3 to 6 stories, and expand usage from residential and apartment to mixed use and commercial.  They have also planned a phase 2 where they will further densify the side streets of our neighborhood to include multi unit housing.
